Are you a teacher returning to the profession? Are you Newly Qualified? Are you a teacher in the early stages of your career? Would you like to have more ‘tools’ in your tool kit to manage pupils’ behaviour in the classroom? Do you sometimes think ‘what else could I do?’
We can help increase your capacity by equipping you with a range of positive behaviour management strategies and approaches to support your pupils in the classroom. We can explore with you how behaviour is a form of communication and help address this by further understanding how to support pupils with additional needs. We will reflect on situations that you will have encountered and help you develop your de-escalation strategies.
